All attendees, participants and named presenters must register for the conference and pay the appropriate fee above.

Performers/technicians who are not named as presenters and do not attend any other conferences sessions may attend free of charge.

Concession prices are available for those on an undergraduate/postgraduate degree course as of 10th September 2017; unaffiliated/self-employed artists/researchers; as well as those who have been employed as an Associate Lecturer by the University of Plymouth during the 2016–17 academic year. Proof of student status will be required at the conference.

Daily rate is for non-presenters ONLY. You can book for EITHER 11 September (runs from start of conference on 10 September to final session on 11 September) OR 12 September (runs from first session on 12 September to final session on 13 September) but not both. The 12 September Daily rate does not include the conference meal, which must be booked separately.

Conference registration fees include lunch on 11 and 12 September, coffee/tea on all days and the Wine Reception on 10 September. 

The conference meal at the National Marine Aquarium must be booked separately for an additional cost.

The conference is free for current University of Plymouth staff (not including Associate Lecturers) and students, as well as 3D3 postgraduate researchers, but all must register in advance and pay to attend the conference meal if desired.
